What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

How do I make a booking?

You can book directly through our website via the “Book Now” button or by calling Jen at 072 380 4682 or Brad at 082 964 2040. We recommend booking early, especially during peak season.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and cash. A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due on arrival. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations 30 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations 14–29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the deposit.

Are pets allowed?

Yes—we’re pet-friendly! Please let us know when booking if you’re bringing a pet. Pets must have their own beds, be kept off the furniture, and not left alone in the unit.

What amenities are provided in the rooms?

All units include free WiFi, solar power backup, kitchenettes with two-plate gas hobs and microwaves (no oven), private bathrooms, quality linens and towels, and safe parking. Check each unit’s description on the Accommodations page for specifics.

How close is the beach?

Pebbles Beach Cottage is just 50 meters from the rock pools, and a safe swimming beach is 500 meters down the road.

What activities are available nearby?

Enjoy swimming in the rock pools, fishing, hiking the Sacramento Trail, mountain biking, bird and whale watching (seasonal), or exploring the village of Schoenmakerskop. Port Elizabeth town center is a 20-minute drive away.

Are there restaurants nearby?

Several restaurants are a 10–15 minute drive away in Sardinia Bay and Walmer. Within walking distance is The Sacramento (open 9 AM to 5 PM). We’re happy to share recommendations based on your tastes.

How do you handle load shedding and power outages?

Pebbles Beach Cottage has a 24/7 solar power system, so you’ll have reliable electricity for lights, WiFi, and TV throughout your stay.

Do all your units have sea views?

Yes. The penthouse and deck units offer expansive up-and-down-coast views, while the courtyard apartments look straight out to sea.
